Roland (Sandy) Wheeler is a successful business veteran who has steered the course of companies from start up through IPO to hundreds of millions in annual revenues. His leadership and background as a CPA with expertise in SEC reporting companies will help VCARE Health Systems continue its rapid growth. Mr. Wheeler was the co-founder, former Vice President of Marketing and former Director of Direct Focus, Inc., now known as The Nautilus Group (NYSE:NLS), which manufactures and markets the Bowflex Exercise Equipment and owns Schwinn Fitness, Nautilus and Stairmaster under The Nautilus Group business entity. He raised the capital for Direct Focus that enabled the Company to go from a start-up to over $500 million in sales in 2002.

He is the inventor of the VST MyoDynamic Device marketed by VCARE, Inc., a private company, which Mr. Wheeler co-founded.

Mr. Wheeler has been a guest speaker for the School of Business at Washington State University and is a graduate of Central Washington University.
